Yadda ake rage tumbi cikin nishadi

     

Mutane daban daban suna da tumbi irin nasu, wasu zamu ga hutu ne ya kawo hakan, wasu kuma wahala ce ta ke kawo musu, wasu yawan shan giya, wasu kuma musamman a mata bayan sun haihu akwai tumbi da yake fito musu. To koma dai menene sila, anan zamuyi bayanin hanyoyin da za’a bi domin rage girman shi wannan tumbin.

TUMBIN WAHALA

Akwai wdanda zamu ga cewa tumbinsu ya samo asali ne saboda dadewar da suka yi suna aikin wahala, ba lalle aikin nan ya zama na qarfi ba, yawan aiki a ofis, yawan zirga zirga ba qaqqautawa, duka wadannan sukan iya jawo tumbin wahala. TUMBI BAYAN HAIHUWA.

TUMBIN SHAN GIYA

  TUMBIN JIN DADI.
