A wannan lokacin zamu koyi yadda akeyin miya guda goma sha biyu waɗanda suka haɗa da:

KPOMO PEPPER SOUP (GANDA)
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Ganda
* Kayan miya
* koren tattasai
* karas
* Gishiri, magi da spices

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- A wanke kayan miya sannan a kai markaɗe ko kuma ayi amfani da blenda domin naƙawa. Sai a ajiye shi a gefe.
- Sai a wanke gandar, a kankare ta sannan a ɗora a kan wuta har sai tayi laushi.
- A wanke karas sannan a yayyanka shi. Sannan kuma a wanke koren tattasai shima a yayyanka. A ajiye a gefe.
- Sai a zuba kayan miya a cikin tukunya tare da gandar da aka yayyanka. 
- Bayan nan kuma sai a zuba koren tattasai, karas, spices, maggi da kuma kori.
- A bari har miyar ta dahu, sai a sauke aci da shinkafa ko kus-kus

MIYAR OHA
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Nama (tsoka zalla)
* Ganyen oha
* Stock fish
* Maggi, gishiri da spices
* Busasshen kifi
* Cry fish
* gwandar masar (melan)
* Manja

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Ki tafasa naman kizuba tare da stock fish tare da maggi, albasa thyme, tafarnuwa da kayan qamshi.
- Bayan sun dahu sai a yanka gwandar masar ƙanana kamar yankan maggi sannan a zuba akan nama da kifin da aka tafasa.
- sai a daka cry fish da busasshen kifi dakakkaken cry fish sannan a yanka ganyen oha a wanke shi sannan a zuba a ciki.
- daga nan kuma sai a saka soyayyen manja a rufe. Idan tayi kamar mintuna sha biyar sai a sauke idan ganyen yayi laushe aci da sakwara ko amala.




MIYAR UGU
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* kayan ciki 
* Nama, manja
* Ganda, 
* agushi
* Stock fish
* Cry fish
* Ganyen ugu
* Tafarnuwa 
* Thyme
* Maggi , curry da gishiri

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Ki gyara ganyen ugu ki yanka ƙanana sannan ki wanke ki ajiye shi a gefe.
- ki tafasa nama da markaɗaɗɗen kayan miyar aciki.
- Bayan nan sai ki wanke stock fish kisa gandarki ta dahu sosai ki yanka ƙanana.
- sai ki zuba naman, kayan ciki, maggi gishiri curry, kayan ƙamshi, dakakken cry fish duk a ciki.
- Bayan nan sai ki barta ta tafasa sosai sai kizuba ganyen ugu mai yawa ki rufe ya tafasa zuwa mintuna goma.
- Sai ki sauke aci da sakwara ko tuwon shinkaf




FISH SOURCE CREAM
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* kifi
* Tattasan Leda
* Albasa da tafarnuwa
* Maggi, kori da thyme
* Man gyada

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Ki wanke kifin sannan ki soyashi sama sama sai a ajiye shi a gefe.
- Ki markada tafarnuwa da albasa ki soya su sai ki soya tattasen ledan ki zuba ruwa.
- Sai ki ɓare kifin ki fidda kayoyi da fatarsa, sai kuma kisaka tsokar aturmi ki dakeshi yayi luqui sai kijuye a tukunyar.
- Sai ki zuba magi, kori, thyme da sauransu.

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Zaki fitar da ƙarnin da kuma yaukin dake jikin kifin ta hanyar wanke shi da lemon tsami ko toka.
- Sai ki yayyankashi amma sai kinyi sauri domin idan kankarar jikinsa ta narke zai iya dagargaje miki wajen aikinsa.
- Sai ki barshi yasha iska domin ya tsane. Bayan ya tsane sai ki barbadeshe da magi ki jerashi a farantin gashi kisa shi a oven.
- Idan kuma baki da oven ɗin sai ki soyashi a mai amma karki yawaita juyashi gudun dagargajewa. Idan ya soyu sai ki ajiye a gefe.

Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Albasa
* Tsokar nama
* Attarugu
* Tumatir
* Curry
* Thyme
* Man gyada
* Gishiri
* Maggi

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Da farko zaki tafasa nama tare da albasa, spices da kuma seasoning bayan ya dahu sai ki kwashe.
- Ki sami turmi sai ki daka shi har ya daku.
- Daga nan sai ki yanka albasa amma mai yawa akeso kamar uku amma manya manya sai ki sanya tumatir kamar guda biyu  sai ki sanya attarugu shi kuma kamar guda uku.
- Ita albasar grating dinta zakiyi sai ki soya mai ki zuba albasar tare da jajjagaggun attarugu da tomatoes sai ki sa Maggie da gishiri da kori.
- Idan ta dahu sai ki zuba naman ki wanda kika daka sai ki motsa shi zuwa kamar mintuna biyar shikenan sai ki sauke 


MIYAR KANTU (RIDI)
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Kantu (ridi)
* Nama
* Kifi busashshe 
* Albasa
* Attarugu 
* Ugwu ko Alayyahu 
* Maggi 
* Gishiri
* Thyme 
* Spices 
* Man gyaɗa

Yadda ake haɗawa
- Zaki tafasa namanki da seasoning da spices.
- Sai ki soya kayan miyarki acikin mai sai ki zuba namanki wanda kika tafasa ki zuba har da ruwan da kika tafasa naman a cikin kayan miyar.
- Sai ki sanya kifin busashshe bayan kin gyara shi.
- sai ki gyara kantu (ridi) ki dakashi wadda ake son yawan shi yakai kamar kopi guda ɗaya.
- Sai ki rufe tukunyar ki barshi ya dahu zuwa kamar mintuna ashirin
- Sai ki yanka ganyenki ki zuba ki barshi zuwa kamar mintuna biyar.
- Shikenan kin gama.
- Aci lafiya.





MIYAR OFFORIRO
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Tattasai
* Attarugu 
* Albasa
* Nama 
* Stock fish 
* Crayfish
* Man ja 
* Kayan ciki  
* Seasoning 
* Spices
* Alayyahu  
* Tafarnuwa
* Maggi
* Gishiri

Yadda ake haɗawa
- Zaki wanke stockfish sai ki dafa shi sannan a ajiye shi a gefe.
- Bayan nan sai ki tafasa nama da kayan ciki ki sanya albasa, tafarnuwa, seasoning da spices.
- Sai ki yanka tattasan ki da tumatir da albasa amma a tsaytsaye.
- Sai ki ɗora man ja kan wuta sai ki zuba kayan miyarki. ki soya sai ki zuba crayfish dakakke da naman da kika tafasa tare da stockfish. Sai ki sa maggi gishiri da spices. Bayan nan sai ki rufe.
- Idan komai ya dahu sai ki sauke dama kin riga kin dafa alayyahunki bayan kin gyara shi kuma ba tare da kin yanka shi ba sai ki hadashi da miyar sai ki motsa. 

MIYAR ZOGALE
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Tattasai

* Man ja ko man gyaɗa 
* Gyaɗa

Yadda ake haɗashi
- Zaki tafasa nama ki sanya thyme, maggi da albasa.
- Bayan ya tafasa sai ki sanya mai a tukunya ki soyashi da albasa.
- Sai ki zuba kayan miyarki ki kuma sanya naman da kika tafasa tare da ruwan da kika tafasa naman.
- Sai ki zuba gyaɗar ki wadda kin riga kin gyarata kin daka ta da busashshen kifin ki shima bayan ki gyara abunki.
- Sai ki sanya kori da maggi, gishiri
- Sai ki barshi yayi kamar mintuna goma.
- Sai ki zuba zogalen ki bayan kin gyarashi anaso ki zuba zogalen da yawa domin anfiso miyar tayi kauri 
- Sai ki barshi kan wuta yayi kamar mintuna sha-biyar.
- Shikenan sai ki sauke.

* Kayan kamshi dana ɗanɗano

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- Zaki haɗa miyarki kamar yadda kike yin miyar dage dage.
-Sai miyarki ta haɗu, sai ki yayyanka awara ƙanana sai ki zuba acikin miyar ki bata kamar mintuna biyar zuwa shida.
- Sai ki sauke, zaki iya ci da kowane abinci. Aci lafiya.

Miyar ƙwai da dankali
Abubuwan da ake buƙakata:
* Dankali
* ƙwai
* kayan miya
* Albasa
* Nama ko kifi
* Man gyada
* magi da Cory
* tym da onga

Yadda ake haɗawa:
- zaki tafasa nama sannan ki soya shi.
- Bayan nan sai ki jajjaga kayan miya ki soya su sannan sai ki zuba ruwa. Sai ki zuba naman a ciki.
- Sai ki feraye dankalin ki yayyankashi ƙanana ki zuba a cikin kayan miyan.
- Daga nan kuma sai ki zubasu magi, kori da tym kirufe.
- Idan yanuna sai ki fasa kwai kizuba onga kikada sannan kijuye amiyar sai ki yanka albasa kizuba, kinadan motsa miyar don karta kama har sai ƙwan yanuna.
- Sai ki sauke.




MIYAR GYADA
Abubuwan da ake buƙata:
* Kayan miya

* Tantaƙwashi 
* Gyada

* Kabewa 
* Daddawa 
* Mai
* Kayan qamshi

Yadda ake haɗawa
- Zaki tafasa nama da kuma tantaƙwashi da albasa maggie sai ki sanya kayan miyarki acikin man da kika soya ki barshi zuwa kamar mintuna goma kina soyawa sai ki zuba ruwan da kika tafasa naman da tantaƙwashin sai ki yanka kabewa ki dafa ta sai ki daka ta ko ki markada ta sai ki zuba acikin kayan miyar da kika dora akan wuta sai ki ɗan ƙara ruwa sai ki zuwa gyaɗarki wadda kika daka ta sai kuma ki sanya kayan ƙamshi da daddawa da maggie bayan ta ɗauki kamar mintuna 25 tana dahuwa sai ki zuba alayyahu shi kuma sai ki barshi ya dahu zuwa kamar mintuna biyar sai ki sauke shikenan kin gama miyarki ta gyaɗa.
