Abubuwan Da Yakamata Amaryar Gobe Tayi

AMARYAR GOBE ME ZATAYI NE:

Ta kasance tana yawan shan ruwa, sirrin hakan shi ne kar jikin ya yankwane. Kuma yana da kyau ta kasance mai shan kankana da yawa, domin gyaran fata da kuma cin latus da ya'yan itatuwa.

MATAKAI

Ana son amaryar gobe ta fara wannan shirin tun ana bikinta saura watanni uku. 

1. Ta san irin mayukan da za ta dinga shafawa da kuma irin abincin da za ta dinga ci.




2. Idan amaryar gobe ta wuce shekaru 20, yana da kyau tana kwaɓa fiya da zuma tana shafawa a fuskarta domin warkar da ƙananan ƙurajen fuska kafin ranar biki.

3. Idan shekarunta sun wuce 25, yana da kyau ta kasance cikin yin dilke, domin cire dattin fuska. Kuma hakan na rage mata shekaru a fuskanta.

4. Yana da kyau ta sayi magungunan turawa na gyaran jiki (supplement). Wadannan magungunan na dauke da sinadaran bitamin A da E da kuma na omega3, wanda aka fi samu a man kifi. Waɗann magungunan na sanya fata sulbi da laushi haka zalika zasu ƙara lafiayar jiki.

5. A samu man shafawa mai kyau tsayayye, wanda za ta dinga shafawa na tsawon waɗannan lokuta. Ana shafa wannan nau'ukan man a ƙalla sau biyu a rana.

6. Yana da kyau amaryar gobe ta samu lokacin yin bacci sosai, kuma ta rage shiga rana domin gyaran fata da kuma hutu.

6. Tana amfani da soson hoda mai tsafta ba mai datti ba, domin rage haifar da wasu ƙurajen fuskar.

7. Domin samun fata mai haske a samu kurkum da ruwan lemun tsami da kuma man zaitun kamar rabin cokali ƙarami da madara sannan ta shafa a fuskarta na tsawon rabin awa, sannan ta wanke. A kullum za ta dinga yin hakan safe da yamma lallai za'a ga canji sosai.
