Yadda Ake Hada Man Tafarnuwa

Akwai hanyoyi biyu kamar haka
1. Hanyar da ake amfani da risho
2. Hanyar da ba’a bukatar risho




Hanyar farko: wadda ake amfani da wuta (risho)

Abubuwan da ake buta
Risho
Man zaitun rabin kofi (mil 120)
Tafarnuwa guda 4 masu ‘ya’ya

Yadda ake hadawa
1. A mutsisstika tafarnuwar a cikin kwanon suya dake kan risho
2. A zuba man zaitun a ciki
3. A kunna wauta matsakaiciya, a barshi zuwa kamar mintina 3 zuwa 5.
4. A cigaba da juyawa har sai tafarnuwar ta koma ruwan kasa (me haske).
5. A sauke daga wuta sannan a bari ya huce
6. Sai a juye cikin abu mai kyau a rufe sosai.
7. Sai saka a fridge a cigaba da amfani dashi har zuwa kwanaki biyar.

A KULA:
- Kar a bari man ya dinga tafasa.
- kar a soya tafarnuwar zuwa ruwan kasa mai duhu, saboda zatayi daci,
- Idan baka son kwayoyin tafrnuwa acikin man, za’a iya amfani da rariya wajen tacewa.
- Yin amfani da man bayan kwanaki biayr zai iya jawo kwayoyin cuta.

3. Sai a cire bawon tafarnuwar a zubar.
4. A hada tafarnuwar tare da man zaitun din a cikin kwalbar da za’a ajiye man.
5. A rufe bakin kwalbar sannan a jijjiga sosai.
6. A ajiye a cikin frige har zuwa kwanki 5 sannar za’a zubarwa.

A KULA:
- Kar a fasa tafarnuwar akan katako saboda zai rage karfin tafarnuwar.
- Idan bawon tafarnuwar baya fita ta sauqi, a kara fasa ta.
- Yin amfani da man bayan kwanaki biyar zai iya jawo kwayoyin cuta.
- Idan anaso ayi amfani da man tafarnuwar har zuwa shekara 1, a tabbatar ansa ya zauna a matsayin kankara.
- Za’a iya amfani da wasu mayukan kamar man ridi, man avocado da sauransu. Ba dole sai man zaitun ba.
